Basic Concepts

Application - a free "Taxi 7171" application developed by ALIAKSANDR SHYKHAVETS to provide taxi services.
User - an individual aged 18 or over using the application.
Registration - the process of user identification.
Service - transportation of passengers by taxi cars within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable user.
Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing) , extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Contractor - the driver of the vehicle providing the service.
Partner - a legal entity authorized to appoint an executor.
Cashless payment - payment for the service using a bank card, electronic wallet, or other electronic means of payment.
Payment system - a legal entity authorized to process cashless payments.

What information is collected

Only information that ensures the possibility of providing the service is subject to collection:

user's location to automate the delivery of a vehicle within the framework of the service provided;
user's phone number for registration, informing about the status of the service and providing the possibility of cashless payment.

This application NOT stores information about the user's bank cards, electronic wallets and other means of payment and has NOT direct access to this information.

How the information is used

The information provided by the user is used to contact him and provide the service.

Provision of data to third parties

Users' personal data may be transferred to persons not associated with this application, if necessary:

to the contractor to provide the service;
partner to select a contractor;
payment system to enable cashless payment;
to comply with the law, regulation, enforcement of a court decision;
to detect or prevent fraud;
for troubleshooting technical problems in the application;
to provide information based on the request of authorized state bodies.

Data Security

In this application, all measures are taken to protect user data from unauthorized access, in particular:

data transfer between server and application using asymmetric encryption (SSL);
storage of passwords and other identification data in the form of hash sums mixed with a unique key;
regular updates to services and systems for managing the application and its content;
regular checks for malicious code.
